Handles on dressers are crooked too! Their remedy? To send me touch up finish to fix it myself! And pay them $105 to come get the mattresses for 'inspection'. So we're supposed to sleep on the floor until they make a determination? And risk getting the old set back anyway??? I'm sure the furniture will look just great after several finish touch ups too right??? Oh! and how about the unfinished 2x4's used as 'support' under the bed? They're COMPLETELY visible as the bed is a tall one!!! Then the owner called me a liar! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! The Big Tin Shed has better quality, selection, prices, and most of all CUSTOMER SERVICE, which Mitch's knows NOTHING about. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Paid $2330 for a 5 piece bedroom set.
