is there any evidence to suggest that Pakistani state sponsors extremists groups?

Pakistan has been accused by various countries, including its neighbors Afghanistan, India, and Iran, as well as by the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, of involvement in a variety of terrorist activities in both its local region of South Asia and beyond.

The US has designated Pakistan as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) under the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998. It was redesignated a CPC in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Pakistan has been accused of supporting terrorist groups such as the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), and ISIS-K
