To apply for a German spouse visa, you'll need to provide various documents. Since you're already in Germany on a student visa, the process might be slightly easier. Here's a checklist of required documents:

Essential Documents

1. Valid Passport: Your spouse's passport should be valid for at least 12 months.
2. Marriage Certificate: A certified copy of your marriage certificate (Urdu and English).
3. Birth Certificate: Your spouse's birth certificate (Urdu and English).
4. Passport Photos: Recent biometric photos of your spouse.
5. Proof of Language: A1 German language proficiency certificate (or higher) for your spouse.

Supporting Documents

1. Student Visa: Your valid German student visa.
2. Enrollment Certificate: Proof of your enrollment at a German university.
3. Financial Support: Proof of sufficient financial resources (€934/month for spouse and €720/month for each child).
4. *Health Insurance*: Proof of health insurance for your spouse.
5. Rental Agreement: A copy of your rental agreement in Germany.
6. Proof of Income: Your scholarship or financial aid documents (if applicable).

Additional Requirements

1. German Language Course: Your spouse may need to provide proof of German language course enrollment.
2. Integration Course: Your spouse may need to provide proof of integration course enrollment.
3. Police Clearance Certificate: May be required, depending on your spouse's nationality.

Application Process

1. Schedule an appointment: Book an appointment at the relevant German authorities (e.g., Ausländerbehörde).
2. Submit documents: Provide all required documents.
3. Pay fees: Pay the application fee (currently €75).
4. Wait for processing: Wait for the application to be processed (typically 3-6 months).

*Important Notes*

1. Language proficiency: Your spouse's language proficiency may be verified during the application process.
2. Employment restrictions: Your spouse may face employment restrictions until their visa is approved.
3. *Consult the authorities*: Verify requirements with the relevant German authorities.
