Previously, a medical study conducted in Spain in 2018 found that eating nuts like almonds and walnuts on a daily basis can help protect men from infertility.

According to studies, eating these seeds on a daily basis improves sperm quality, lowering the risk of infertility.

Researchers divided 119 men between the ages of 18 and 35 into two groups for the study.

The first group received 60 grams of almonds and walnuts per day, while the second group did not receive any nuts.

After 14 weeks, it was discovered that people who ate nuts had better sperm quality, as well as a significant reduction in the factors that cause infertility.

According to studies, foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants like vitamins C and E, selenium, and zinc can help men avoid infertility.
