A simple meal to help save men from infertility

Infertility has become a serious problem in recent years, affecting the majority of couples, particularly men.

However, the good news is that it is very simple to avoid, and simply eating a simple meal every day can help you avoid this serious problem.

A new medical study has revealed this.

The study discovered a link between eating nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) and sperm quality in men.

According to research, lifestyle and environmental factors have an impact on sperm quality and function, which increases the risk of infertility.

When and how eating nuts affects sperm DNA methylation, according to research published in the medical journal Journal of Oncology.

A total of 72 healthy and non-smoking young people was hired for this purpose.

A mixture of almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts was given to 48 of them, while the other group did not eat nuts.

The researchers then compared the two groups’ sperm DNA rates.

The findings revealed that none of the groups’ DNA had changed globally, but the 36 genomic regions of the nut-eating group had changed significantly from the start to the end of the trial.

This was not seen in the other group.

Previously, a medical study conducted in Spain in 2018 found that eating nuts like almonds and walnuts on a daily basis can help protect men from infertility.

According to studies, eating these seeds on a daily basis improves sperm quality, lowering the risk of infertility.

Researchers divided 119 men between the ages of 18 and 35 into two groups for the study.

The first group received 60 grams of almonds and walnuts per day, while the second group did not receive any nuts.

After 14 weeks, it was discovered that people who ate nuts had better sperm quality, as well as a significant reduction in the factors that cause infertility.

According to studies, foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants like vitamins C and E, selenium, and zinc can help men avoid infertility.

The important thing to remember is that almonds and walnuts are packed with all of these nutrients.

According to the researchers, evidence suggests that a healthy lifestyle protects against infertility, and nuts are unquestionably a good part of a healthy diet.
