There are plenty of films on Netflix that will surprise you with their outrageous humour and unexpected plot twists. Sit back in your armchair and enjoy some of the most intriguing film offerings.

Netflix has a wide selection of titles that will give you a boost of energy and allow you to forget about your worries. These are both original works and well-known films from the cinema.  Check out my recommendations for which ones are worth your time.

” Naked”, dir. Michael Tiddes (2017)

A crazy romantic comedy will transport you through time. Rob (Marlon Wayans) is about to marry the love of his life. The issue is that the man wakes up completely naked in the hotel elevator after his bachelor party. The wedding is approaching, but the heroes will face a significant challenge in saying the sacramental “yes.” Rob must fight for his love and find a way to break free from the time loop that keeps sending him back to the elevator’s wake-up time.

“Moms without sons” (“Otherhood”), directed by Cindy Chupack (2019)

The story of three women who wanted to reconnect with their adult sons after a long absence. Friends travel to New York on Mother’s Day to pay surprise visits to their sons’ homes. They are able to look at their lives in a new light thanks to a spontaneous trip.

” Set It Up”, directed by Claire Scanlon (2018)

Harper and Charlie, played by Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell, are two assistants in this film.  The heroes are fed up with their superiors, who are constantly making their lives difficult. They set up a meeting in the hopes that the couple will fall in love.
