How to avoid travel sickness?

Not everyone enjoys traveling; some become ill during the journey.
The long journey causes fatigue, dizziness, and nausea, and most people experience travel sickness (dizziness and vomiting) in the car or on the ship. 

Sweating, abdominal pain, nausea, and constant discomfort are motion sickness symptoms.

Due to these symptoms, traveling can be difficult and scary, but there are ways to reduce the discomfort.

Avoid eating before traveling
Don’t overeat or drink before a road trip. A full stomach makes you nauseous.

Avoid alcohol
Alcohol can cause dehydration, which can cause headaches. If the headache gets bad, the heart and vomit.

Use a light scented spray in the car

Strong scented sprays can cause motion sickness, so choose one that is comfortable, especially when traveling.

Traveling in comfort

Motion sick people should sit in the front seat with the driver; the back and middle seats are stressful.

Traveling sleep better.

Falling asleep during the trip can prevent motion scans, which can be triggered by too much movement or a strong scent.

Music relaxes
Music can help prevent car sickness. Music improves mood by releasing hormones.
