Imran Khan Bail Application approved in terrorism case

Islamabad High Court has approved Imran Khan’s bail application in the terrorism case.

The Islamabad High Court stopped Police Co-Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan from arrest and said that Imran Khan should not be arrested if he comes to the court from his residence for biometrics.

The court ordered that the petitioner wants to approach the Anti-Terrorism Court. A three-day transit bail was granted.

The court had scheduled Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s bail application for hearing today, while three objections were raised by the registrar’s office, including non-conduct of biometrics.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan had filed a bail application before his arrest while a case of terrorism was registered against Imran Khan yesterday.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan filed a pre-arrest bail application through lawyer Babarawan and Faisal Chaudhry advocate.

The lawyers of Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman in the petition filed a stand that Imran Khan is the target of the ruling PDM. Islamabad Police has registered a complaint based on fabrication and malice.

In the petition on behalf of Imran Khan, the stand was taken that the government has crossed all limits to arrest Imran Khan on false charges. There is no evidence on record against Imran Khan.

Tehreek-e-Insaf lawyers argued that the FIR was filed against Imran Khan due to political motives. Imran Khan is ready to be investigated. It is requested that the court approve Imran Khan’s bail before arrest.

The registrar office of the Islamabad High Court raised three objections to the security bail application of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

The decision on the petition filed for Imran Khan’s disqualification is reserved

In another case, on the request of a citizen, the Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on the admissibility of the petition filed for the disqualification of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.

Acting Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq conducted the hearing while the lawyer presented arguments on behalf of Muhammad Sajid, a citizen of Islamabad.

The lawyer replied to the petition that Imran Khan did not disclose his daughter Tyrian in the nomination papers.

After the arguments of the petitioner’s counsel, the court reserved its decision on the hearing of the petition.

In the petition on behalf of the citizen, it was said that Imran Khan used to deny about Tyrian earlier. Imran Khan no longer answers the question about Tyrion. Imran Khan knows there is evidence against him.

In the petition, the position was also adopted that Imran Khan cannot hold the post of public office or party chief. Imran Khan should be asked why Article 621F should not be applied to him.
