The name of this chemical compound (compound) is flavanols, which is also found in grapes, apples, berries, and black tea. Apples have shown that a compound, not a vitamin, is more important than a vitamin. However, further research is underway, and the guiding limitations of its use are being considered.

Dr Gunter Kinley, from the University of Reading in the UK, said that eating 400 to 600 milligrams of Flavanols daily reduces the risk of heart disease, which is equivalent to several cups of tea. However, this apple is also found in purple and red berries. It’s common even in dark-colored chocolate.

Experts have released the dose of the compound after a lot of research, for which 157 clinical trials and 15 studies have been included. All the surveys show that Flavanols protects the heart and increases blood flow as well as controls cholesterol and sugar. However, it can have different effects on different people.

Experts have said that it is better to get Flay Van 3 OLS from the diet because its tablets and supplements have caused many problems. If its dose increases, the liver can be affected and digestive complications can arise.
