Australia: Although important scientific links between exercise and mental health continue to emerge, scientists have now studied dozens of studies and said that exercise is the first line of defense to prevent mental diseases.

In this regard, Ben Singh of the University of South Australia and his colleagues have re-analyzed 100 previously conducted research and studies. They have come to the conclusion that exercise is the first defense line for schizophrenia, anxiety, depression and other mental disorders because exercise is also the food of the brain and medicine.

Interestingly, all types of exercise are very useful for the brain, even it protects against psychological disorders. Ben Singh says that despite the enormous medical benefits of exercise around the world, it has not received the necessary appreciation. He urged every man and woman to make exercise or physical activity their top priority.

According to one data, one out of every eight people in the world suffers from some mental, mental or psychological disorder. Ben Singh says that depression is at the top of it and exercise effectively removes it. In the meta-study, the scientists looked at about 97 papers from 1,039 clinical trials involving 128,119 people.

Of these, 27 were on cancer patients, 11 on people with depression, five studies on dementia and elderly people, three on anxiety patients and other diseases. However, many of them did yoga, some adopted walks and some people were also seen doing high intensity exercises.

Experts have come to the conclusion that there is now irrefutable evidence that exercise can at least combat anxiety and depression. The reason is that exercise increases useful brain chemicals, especially serotonin and noropin fryne.
