Mysimba is one of the few prescription weight loss pills available. It contains 7.2 mg of naltrexone and 78 mg of bupropion as active components. B propion is a norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitor that is selective. It is a prescription medicine used to treat depression and nicotinism. N- altrexone, on the other hand, is a codeine analogue and an opioid inverse agonist. It is utilised in the treatment of alcoholism and opiate addiction. Neither drug is habit-forming.
