A new and interesting research has shown that people with diabetes type 2 i.e. diabetes can benefit if they exercise in the afternoon instead of morning or night.
In order to control sugar, many researches have been done on exercise in the past, in which exercise and physical movement have been described as helpful in reducing the disease.
Some previous studies have suggested other potential risks of exercising in the morning or at night to prevent diabetes, such as exercising in diabetic patients in the morning can increase the chances of heart disease in some men.
However, recent research has shown that exercising in the afternoon is the most beneficial for diabetes patients and it can bring sugar back to normal.
According to the research published in the medical journal ‘Diabetic Care‘, experts reviewed the data of 2,400 people, who were researched for four years, to find out the effect of exercise on diabetes disease.
The report said that all the people involved in the study were overweight and had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
The experts asked all these people to exercise at different times of the day and some digital devices were installed in their bodies, through which the time and style of physical exercise of these people were seen.
According to experts, the research showed surprising results that the level of sugar decreased significantly in people who exercised in the afternoon, even sugar patients stopped taking medicines.
The results showed that those who maintained afternoon exercise for a year had significantly lower blood sugar levels and stopped taking medications.
Experts did not say the benefits of exercising at other times of the day and night, but said that there are surprising benefits of exercising in the afternoon.
According to experts, it is not clear why exercising in the afternoon keeps sugar under control, more research should be done on this issue.
On the other hand, some experts expressed concerns over the above research and also raised the question that experts did not tell any negative effects of exercising in the afternoon, while in the past, some negative effects of exercise have also been reported in research done on the exercise of sugar patients.
