Oppo plans to launch Reno 7 series in the international market on February 4

Oppo had introduced the Reno 7 series phones in China in November 2021. Now the company is launching the series  globally.

The global launch of the Reno 7 series will begin on February 4 in India.

Reno 7, Reno 7 Pro and Reno 7E will be introduced by this company.

All three phones have 5G support, but the Renault 7 Pro is the best device with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max processor.

The Reno 7 Pro has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with 90 Hz refresh rate and 180 Hz touch sampling rate.

The fingerprint sensor is mounted inside the screen and a 32-megapixel selfie camera with Sony IMX709 sensor is hidden in the punch hole design.

On the back of the phone there is a setup of 3 cameras in which the main camera is 50 megapixels Sony IMX766 while 2 megapixel macro and an ultra wide camera has been given.

The Oppo Reno 7 Pro comes with a 4500 mAh battery with 65 watt charging support, while the Android 12 operating system is integrated with Color OS 12.

The phone will be equipped with 8 to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.

The Oppo Reno 7 is pretty much the same as the Pro model with a 4500 mAh battery but with 60 watts of fast charging support instead of 65.

The Reno 7 comes with 8 to 12 GB of RAM and 128 to 256 GB of storage while the Snapdragon 778 G processor is present.

The back of the phone has a setup of 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel Ultra Wide and 2-megapixel macro cameras, while the front has a 32-megapixel camera.

The phone has a 6.43 inch AMOLED display with 90 Hz refresh rate.

The Reno 7E is the cheapest phone in the series with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 90 Hz refresh rate.

Inside the phone is a 4500 mAh battery with 33 watts fast charging support.


The Reno 7SE has MediaTek’s Dimensity 900 processor with 8GB of RAM and 128 to 256GB of storage.

The back of the phone has a setup of 3 cameras with a 48-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth-sensing camera.

Oppo A96 5G

Recently, a large number of smartphones have been launched with  “dual cameras”. Oppo has launched its A95 5G with LED rings around cameras. I believe this design will fail to impress customers. This device has been recently launched in China. 

Oppo A96 is an average smartphone , but its camera is quite minimalist. It consists of two cameras – 48 and 2 Mpx, the auxiliary one is used to blur the background. As a consolation – “breathing” illumination is mounted around the lenses. In the front, in the screen hole, we find a 16 Mpx camera, and the screen itself is fortunately OLED, although it has a rather wide “chin”. The screen diagonal is 6.43 inches, and the resolution – Full HD + with standard refresh. The touch panel has a refresh rate of 180 Hz.

The heart of Oppo A96 was the Snapdragon 695 processor, supported by 8 GB of LPDDR4x memory, which can be enlarged in a virtual way by 5 GB. The set still includes 256 GB of UFS 2.1 internal memory, but not expandable. The smartphone powers a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh, charging with a power of 33 W. The whole thing is slim – 7.49 mm – and quite light – 171 g. The price is 1999 yuan, or USD $315.
